Mix 12 fl oz of alcohol with 2 teaspoons of glycerin. You can buy jugs of glycerin online, which is an important ingredient because it prevents the drying of alcohol by hand.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide, then 3 fl oz of distilled or boiled (then chilled) water. You can dampen a paper towel with it and use it as a napkin.
