Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the PSL Schedule 2021. The league’s opening match will be played on February 20, where defending champions Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators will take on each other. The match between the two teams will be played at the National Stadium in Karachi.

The next day, two matches will be played in the event of PSL 2021. The 34-match event will be played in Karachi and Lahore for the health and safety of all stakeholders during the global outbreak of the Coronavirus. The sporting period of HBL Pakistan Super League 2021 will start from February 15.

For foreign players participating in the league, a test for the coronavirus must be negative before arriving in Karachi. Upon their arrival in Pakistan, they will undergo two more tests, after which they will be allowed to start training.
Schedule and Event Schedule (Daytime matches start at 2:00 PM; Night matches start at 7:00 PM; Fridays with doubleheaders start at 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, respectively).
The final of the 30-day tournament will be played on March 22 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. For the first time since 2017, the final of the event will be played in Lahore.
In the first match, the teams of Lahore Qalandars, the finalist of the fifth edition of the league and the winner of edition 2017, Peshawar Zalmi, while in the second match, the teams of two-time champions Islamabad United and Multan Sultans will be seen in action.
The first phase of the event will be played at the National Stadium Karachi and the second phase at the PCB Headquarters Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. Equal matches will be played in both cities. Day and night matches have also been distributed among all the teams based on equality.
Any decision regarding the arrival of spectators will be taken a few days before the event, and the government’s recommendations in this regard will be taken into account.

The cricketer or sports staff who test positive will be sent to isolation for five days. Two more tests for the coronavirus will be performed during this time, the first on the first day of isolation and the second on the fourth day of isolation.
